Operation Steel is in its pre-launch phase. Right now there is a website and a waitlist — nothing more. These terms are deliberately short and only cover what actually exists today. They will be revised before anything goes on sale.

WHAT OPERATION STEEL IS
Operation Steel is a 28-day bodyweight training program, planned as a web app and later a mobile app. The intended model: the first two weeks of a program are free, the rest requires a paid subscription.
The prices shown on this website (around €39/year or €6.99/month) are indicative. Final pricing will be set at launch. Nothing can be purchased today — there is no product to buy yet, so no terms of sale apply.
THE WAITLIST
Joining the waitlist is free and entirely non-binding. It commits you to nothing: no purchase obligation, no subscription, no payment details. You simply receive email updates about the launch and a founder discount offer.

Operation Steel is a fitness program, not medical advice. Nothing on this website or in the future product is a substitute for advice from a physician or other qualified health professional.
Physical exercise carries inherent risks. Participation is at your own risk. If you are in doubt about whether this program is suitable for you — for example because of an injury, a medical condition, pregnancy, or a long period of inactivity — consult a physician before you start.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content of Operation Steel — including the training programs, texts, exercise animations, design, and the Operation Steel name and branding — is owned by Steuber Design. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit it without prior written permission.
LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Steuber Design is not liable for damage arising from your use of this website or from following the training program — see also the health disclaimer in Section 04.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for intent or gross negligence (opzet of grove schuld), or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under Dutch law.
WHEN SALES START: WITHDRAWAL RIGHT
This section is a preview — it does not apply yet, because nothing is for sale. When paid subscriptions launch, Dutch and EU consumer law will apply:
- Consumers get a 14-day cooling-off period (right of withdrawal) after purchase
- If you want immediate access to the digital content, you will be asked to expressly agree that delivery starts right away and that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal
The exact purchase terms, prices and cancellation conditions will be published before launch, and these Terms of Service will be revised accordingly. The same goes for accounts and the separate, explicit consent for health-related data — see the Privacy Policy.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you always keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law provisions of your country of residence.
CHANGES
These terms may be updated as the product develops — in particular at launch, when accounts and payments arrive. The current version, with its "last updated" date, is always available at this address. If a change materially affects waitlist members, it will be announced in the launch emails.
